When Dreams Come True: Techno Innovator Chlär at a Century-Old Warehouse in the Center of Prague!

To wrap up our 10th anniversary, we are super-happy to welcome the incredibly talented DJ and producer Chlar (Primal Instinct records) to Komiks Rave! Chlar, who is also one half of Funk Assault, has been on our radar for a long time, and we’re excited that the booking has finally worked out in conjunction with a really amazing industrial venue which we’ve secured for you. This is truly the best match we could ever think of: Chlar's Detroit-influenced techno in a venue with over a century of history.

The venue’s walls bear witness Prague's heavy industrialization and the inception of electricity, which powered our famous tram network. Part of the building once served as a tram depot, housing heavy machinery that is still present today. Over time, its purpose evolved from electricity distribution to burning oil for heating Veletržní Palác and other nearby industrial buildings.

We have ig plans for the interior, including lights, huge sound system, decorations, and an overall setting for a rave to be remembered for a long time. Because this Komiks will be rather special, we’ve decided to keep the rave going until the late hours (11 AM) and start early with a half-price bar from 9 to 11 PM.
